I offer sessions, packages and programs specifically to help you:
Train your mindset to enhance well-being and direct your life
Re-design how you spend your time to achieve your desired outcome
Learn to meditate and consciously receive internal guidance
Learn to deliberately shift your emotions and mindset to feel good, which influences your actions, moods, behaviours, relationships and ultimately your overall lived experience
I also offer touch points or check-ins to help you get on track, stay on track or get specific pieces handled. If doing a Byron Katie worksheet to undo stressful thoughts that are causing resistance is what's most effective we'll do that, if learning about (or doing) other specific practices or tools is helpful we'll do that, or we might spend time organizing your schedule so you've got your day, week or month structured to support the direction and outcome you want. In all of this, the emphasis is on the emotional journey and creating a foundation that feels good as you move forward.

My intention is to assist and empower you to become more skilled at choosing and creating what you truly want in order to live your exhilarating, rich and joyfully satisfying life. I would be thrilled to assist you in understanding your emotional guidance and your ability to direct your focus so that you can live in alignment with who you really are.
I am trained through the Coaches Training Institute in Co-Active Coaching, which is a conversation-based partnership to assist you to produce fulfilling results. You are understood to be naturally creative, resourceful and whole, the process is client-centred and sessions holistically address your whole life. Additionally, I've branched beyond the coaching space and yoga studio in previous years to develop content, and facilitate workshops and lectures, around body/mind health for employees in corporate environments. My style, synthesized from two decades of teaching, training, learning and experience, is to listen and offer a combination of intuitive questions and information designed to help you deepen your understanding of how to live your highest potential.
